Refund policy
You may exchange the product you purchased for a different size, color, or a different product within 7 (seven) days from the date your order is delivered to you. (Applicable for in-stock items.)
The product you wish to exchange must be unworn/unused, unwashed, not dry-cleaned, free of any deformation, and must have its tag attached.
If there is no fault on the part of the company regarding the product, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturer-related defect in the product.

For our evening wear collections, exchanges and returns are not available unless there is a manufacturer defect.
The exchanged product cannot be reshipped until it has been received by us from the courier.
After it is delivered to us by the courier, your new item will be prepared and shipped back to you within 5–7 business days (may vary depending on the product).
For items purchased on discount, exchanges and returns are not accepted unless there is a defect.

IMPORTANT: YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS WE APPROVE IT AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A CODE. SHIPMENTS ARRIVING WITHOUT A CODE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FOR DISCRETIONARY RETURNS, ROUND-TRIP SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
